We continue to grow! Since May 2023, the new lawyer Cornelius Lüpke, LL.M. has been working in our law firm. With this enforcement we are well equipped to face the new challenges that the energy transition holds for our clients.

Cornelius Lüpke is interested in social transformation processes and their legal implementation. Already during his studies in Berlin as well as directly afterwards, Mr. Lüpke was employed in the Bundestag. From 2018 to 2019, he successfully participated in a Master of Law (LL.M.) program at the University of Cape Town with a focus on “Human Rights Law”.

Mr. Lüpke has been working as a solicitor in Berlin since September 2021. He was initially employed by a forensic law firm with a focus on damages and insurance law and will now bring the diverse knowledge of civil law and litigation acquired in his previous position to von Bredow Valentin Herz.

Mr. Lüpke will be working in particular in energy law and civil litigation.
